Through multiple methodologies and training techniques we create a program and curriculum that is tailor-made to address, not only your expressed developmental wishes, but also your specific developmental needs that we have identified through constant assessment and measured progress. All of our services provide this standard of coaching and this unique training experience, all without breaking the bank.
No athlete is identical. We recognize that not every athlete has the same skill level or developmental needs. A lot of training programs tend to focus on generalized programming, failing to meet the individual needs of each athlete. We know that ever athlete that comes through our program has different needs and priorities. Every program we offer is designed for a more comprehensive, personalized, and tailor-made developmental plan to achieve the athlete or the athletes true potential. By combining our personalized training with an understanding of the physiological functions of the human body and the complexity of skills necessary for playing the game of hockey we are able to build the strongest foundation in which elite talent is built upon.
Contracted Training Services
True Foundation Hockey is guaranteed to give you the best on-ice hockey training experience. We are committed to working on improving the deficiencies in your game and elevating your strengths to their maximum potential.
By using our very own compound movement training (CMT) curriculum where we combine a variety of different movements and skills into single sequences to strengthening the body's neuromuscular system, and applying our physiological CNS overspeed training concepts, we guarantee to provide the most comprehensive and most complete foundation for your hockey development. Our training programs will not only take you to the next level, but it will provide the confidence for you to perform at your highest form.

Pricing
We wholeheartedly believe that value trumps price. Our programming offers a value, that we believe, you cannot put a price on.
If you are looking for cheap programming you are going to get cheap results. That being said we want to be as accommodating as possible, payment plans can be negotiated upon request. If you are looking to take your game to the next level and are serious about putting in the work, an agreement can be arranged as we believe in the spirit of generosity and cooperation.
