Large Group Training (9+ skaters)

Our large group sessions focus on comprehensive skill development. We always approach this type of training, with a deep understanding of the incredible diversity and variety of developmental needs of each individual athlete(s). this could be a result of a multitude of factors but truly that doesn't matter. just as the name of our company states, in large group setting we focus and heavily emphasize foundational skills that all elite athletes excel in. that being said we progressively, through assessments and analyzation of the needs of the group as whole, begin to mold the training methods and techniques that focus in-on and emphasize the most prominent developmental needs. We will always integrate and utilize all of our signature methods and areas of expertise but apply them appropriately and fittingly for each contracted group.

We also offer  a variety of curriculums and programs that are specific to one or a select few and related areas of skill or the game, that you can contract us to run.  For example checking clinics, Defensive fundamentals, Overspeed conditioning clinics, skating/stride school.

we do periodical offer our own skill specific programs, when available These programs will be posted under the programs page, or feel free to contact us at 651-230-4815 for upcoming programs or if you desire to hire us to run one of these programs for you.
