Fall Early Bird Small Group Skill Training
We cannot over emphasize the importance of in-season skill training. The impact of in-season skill training is not stressed enough. Athletes can feel the results instantly, deepen their confidence and their ability to sustain peak performance when their best is required. We are offering our Fall Before School Small Group Skill Trainings. Our in-season small group training emphasizes skating, puck, passing and shooting skill development. We use our proprietary high intensity Central Nervous System Overload and Overspeed Curriculum to improve speed, quickness, puck handling skills at high speeds and hand eye coordination to maximize the athletes overall skill development.
Our small groups are limited to 9 skaters per session. Registration is open until each session is full. All sessions are at the Lumberyard Sports Center and groups are separated by age and skill level.
